Order to Canada Information Needed

I live in Quebec, Canada and I would like to know, when I buy a kit from you (I need a Lexmark Z33 black+color combo), it costs 29.99 plus 6.50 for S&H, which adds up to 36.49$ US dollars.
My question is: will I have to pay something else, like customs tax, provincial and federal Canadian taxes, etc.?
Also, is it a problem that my Credit Card is issued in Canada and your prices are in US dollars? Will the conversion $CAN -> $US be done automatically by the bank?
