I bought an ink refill kit from you SPECIFICALLY for my Canon CJ7 Copier and there is no instructions for my printer cartridges. Canon BC-40. If you have instructions you could e-mail me I would really appreciate it.

| Problems with Black ink refilled on Lexmark 16 cartridge
As soon as I received the kit, I refilled with no problems the color cartridge Lexmark 26 it is working great on a Canon inkjet printer!!
BUT recently after I refilled the black cartridge Lexmark 16 on the same printer, using the instructions provided in the kit, I had the following problem. Since the begining I am getting dried nozzles on the black cartridge.

I have been advised that there are two refill ink formulas:dye based, and pigmented/waterproof. Additionally, I was told Lexmark and H.P.are pigmented/waterproof. Canon, Apple, and most others are dye based. Can these ink types be used interchangeably? I would be specifically wondering if the waterproof/pigmented ink can be used successfully in dye based (Canon)cartridges?

Please send me iformation. I own a Canon i550 inkjet printer and would like to outfit it with colorfast ink.
Do you sell empty cartridges to refill with Durafirm? How do I begin?
Can I switch back and forth so that I am not always printing with durafirm? I would like to be able to print letters, etc. with standard ink.

recieved my order today 787351087 026906 LSROPLG1-1104 This product was ordered for a Cannon PC 25 copier. The book I recieved does not show my cartridge. In addition I the kit I recieved was not the box ordered, I was sent separate parts. NOT REAL HAPPY and If I do not get some answere I will be contesting my MC purchase. I want an 800 phone number or a land line that I can speak to someone.
