Manual does not show the catridge for this machine nor does it indicate where the fill hole should be burned.
I haave burned a hole in it and it seems to be doing all right, however, I don't know if I put it in the correct place.

Our business purchased ink cartridges from an independent retail business and one came sealed in the box, but was missing the clear blue removable tab - the area that's supposed to be covered almost looks damaged - the colors on a printed object are distorted - the date on the box is 8/04 - please advise

WE ARE USING YOUR WIPRO LQ 1050 DX PRINTER.YOU HAVE NOT PROVIDE TO FULLY COVER THE PRINTER WHENM IT IS ON UNUSE.
SO RAT ENTER INTO THE PRINTER THROUGH THE OPEN PART AND BITES WIRE WHICH LEADS TO MAJOR PROBLEM.
SO MANUFACTURE FULLY COVERD PRINTER
MY PRINTER IS UNDER WARRENTY BUT YOUR REGIONAL SERVICE ENGGINEAR TOLD ME THAT IS OUT OF ACCEPTED REASON.
I FEEL YOUR EMPLOYERS ARE NOT REPORTING YOU WHAT ARE THE PROPLEM THEY ARE MEETING IN MAINTANANCE OF YOUR PRINTER .IF THEY DO SO YOU CAN MODIFY THE PRINTERS TO BE OUTSTANDING IN MARKET.

| gray streaks
I filled up my cartridge with new toner but I get gray vertical streaks on every page.
I printed about 60 pages and still get the
gray lines and hazy background.
Is there a quick solution?
